Farm

Agriculture plays an important role in our farm and is characterised by specialised, high-quality production. We produce typical products that are closely linked to the local area, such as artichokes, jujubes, wild cherries and all seasonal vegetables. Saltwater aquaculture also plays a fundamental role. The fish are farmed in their natural state without the addition of feed, but only with water changes, and feed on substances such as plankton found in saltwater, providing us with products such as mullet, goby, aquatella, shrimp and lagoon crabs. There is also the breeding of farmyard animals such as mallards (ducks typical of our lagoon) and cockerels. Our animals are bred in accordance with animal welfare standards and legal regulations.
