As our farm is situated in the middle of the north lagoon of Venice and has a medium to sandy soil, it is an ideal place to grow fruits and vegetables. Some of our specialities are marinelle (wild cherries), jujubes, figs, artichokes typical of the lagoon, cardoons (from the artichoke plant), and all other seasonal delicacies.
Starters:
vegetables in saor, seasonal salad with zero km cheeses, marinated vegetables with pine nuts and ricotta
First course:
pasta / risotto with vegetables, vegetable soup
Second course:
toasted white pearl polenta with stewed fennel, cauliflower meatballs, vegetable flan
